- UNICO.- NO ACCEDER a la solicitud presentada por la Asociacion Entidad Medioambiental de Recicladores (EMRS), en su calidad de miembro de la Unidad Nacional Independiente de Recicladores, y que fue coadyuvada por el senador Jorge Enrique Robledo, la cual pretendia que se declarara el incumplimiento a las ordenes proferidas por la Corte Constitucional dentro del proceso de la referencia y se suspendiera la Licitacion Publica No. 02 de 2017 adelantada por la Unidad Administrativa Especial de Servicios Publicos (UAESP).
